Overtime, gravity exerts its forces on the breast and causes sag. At the same time, we lose fullness in the breast. This combination creates a deflated appearing breast. In these instances, we need to combat the forces of gravity by raising the breast or performing a breast lift; and, at the same time, increase the volume of the breast with an implant (saline or silicone). This combination procedure is very powerful and also a very technically demanding surgery. A consultation is required in order to determine: 1) the type of lift needed and 2) the type and size of implant needed.
